Dinners & Special Events
Chef Timmy works with clients and select brands to create one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Whether it's a corporate event, intimate dinner, or just drinks and snacks, Timmy will produce a custom, well-rounded menu unique to your event.
Dinners & parties typically start at $45 per person.
New Years Eve at E. Smith Mecantile
The CHEF DINNER SERIES at E. Smith Mercantile welcomes chefs from around the globe for a very special one night culinary experience. The Merc is cleared and they set large family style tables to make way for multiple courses of chef magic. For their 4th annual New Year's Eve celebration Chef Timmy will be focusing on the bounty of Pacific Northwest, offering a collection of fresh crudos followed by three decadent courses.

Small Group Cooking Classes
Whether you're looking for the perfect date night or just a fun night with friends, Chef Timmy is happy to host a private, hands-on cooking class for a group of 1-6 students. Each class will end with wine and a sit down meal featuring the dishes you prepared.

Like a Chef: 3-Part Series
Chef Timmy knows that good cooking starts with good technique and confidence. In this hands on, 3-part series, you will create dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients while learning and refining your culinary skills.
Classes start at $90 per session and will be available after November 1st. Contact us now for November availability.
